01 The problem
Group travel planning devolves into chaos — endless WhatsApp threads, conflicting spreadsheets, and that one person who never saw the updated itinerary. The information exists; it’s just scattered and never in sync.
02 What we built
One source of truth
Itineraries, plans and decisions live in a single shared space, so everyone sees the same up-to-date trip instead of hunting through chat history.
Costs, out in the open
Budgets and shared expenses are tracked transparently — who owes what is always clear, so settling up never turns into a fight.
Planning that’s actually fun
AI-assisted suggestions and a fast, clean interface turn the busywork of coordination into part of the trip itself.

04 Where it stands
Live at tripsync.space and open to real travellers. Built on a modern, fully-typed stack (Next.js, PostgreSQL with Drizzle, OpenAI) — shipped, not shelved.
